What We Offer in Mississauga

Platform Migrations

Aging Magento and WooCommerce builds are everywhere in Mississauga's wholesale world. We carry products, customer accounts and order history over to Shopify and protect the rankings you've earned.

Inventory & Fulfillment Integration

Shopify connected to your warehouse, 3PL, or ERP so stock levels and orders flow without manual re-entry.

B2B & Wholesale on Shopify

Company accounts, customer-specific price lists, and ordering portals that replace purchase orders sent by email.

Shopify App Development

Custom apps on Gadget.dev for the logic distributors actually need: order routing, pricing rules, account workflows.

Custom Store Design & Development

Consumer-facing storefronts for import and wholesale companies selling direct for the first time.

Shopify Plus Development

Expansion stores, customized checkout, and the full B2B feature set for merchants who have outgrown the standard plan.

Speed & Performance

Big catalogs drag stores down. We engineer for high SKU counts from the first sprint.

Email Flows & Automation

Klaviyo for the DTC side. Reorder reminders and account-based flows for wholesale buyers.

E-Commerce for Companies That Move Real Inventory

Mississauga commerce runs through warehouses. The city sits on the GTA’s logistics spine, wrapped around Pearson and lined with distribution centres along the 401 and 407 corridors. Most of the businesses here are importers, wholesalers, and distributors with real inventory, real lead times, and customers who order in volume.

That changes what a good store project looks like. The standard DTC playbook, a nice theme and some Instagram ads, skips everything these companies actually struggle with: inventory sync, fulfillment handoffs, wholesale customers who still order by email because there’s nowhere better to do it.

Victoria Garland Creative Inc. is a Shopify-only agency in Fergus, Ontario, about an hour west of Mississauga. We’ve built on the platform for over 14 years, and the operational side of commerce is where we do our best work. We even built our own inventory app, StockGlow, which is live on the Shopify App Store.

Connecting the Store to the Warehouse

An online store that doesn’t talk to your warehouse creates work instead of removing it. We wire Shopify into 3PLs, warehouse management systems, and ERPs so inventory levels and order data move on their own. Where an off-the-shelf connector exists, we set it up and test it against real order volume. Where one doesn’t, we build the integration as a custom app on Gadget.dev.

Volume is the test that matters. An integration that holds up at ten orders a day can fall over at two hundred, so we test against your real peaks before launch instead of discovering the limit on a Monday morning.

Wholesale Companies Going Direct

A pattern we see across Mississauga: an import or wholesale business with a solid catalog and a full warehouse decides to sell direct. The product already exists. The logistics already exist. What’s missing is a storefront, and often a plan for selling to consumers without stepping on existing retail accounts.

The other half of that pattern is B2B. Shopify’s company accounts, customer-specific pricing, and quote workflows can replace the phone-and-email ordering most distributors still run on. Some of that needs Shopify Plus and some of it doesn’t. We scope to what your requirements need rather than what pads the invoice.

Getting Off Legacy Platforms

Many established Mississauga companies are stuck on aging Magento or WooCommerce builds that cost more to maintain than they return. Migration is detail work: product data, customer accounts, order history, and a redirect for every URL so the organic traffic you’ve built carries over. We’ve done enough of these to know where Magento exports hide their problems.

Built for Big Catalogs

Distribution businesses carry SKU counts that choke a casually built store. Slow collection pages, clumsy search, themes that buckle past a few thousand products. We plan for catalog size from the start, because fixing performance after launch costs more than building it in. If your catalog runs to thousands of SKUs across more than one location, that isn’t an edge case to us. It’s the brief.

Working With Us From an Hour West

We’re in Fergus. Close enough for in-person kickoffs and milestone meetings, far enough that big-city overhead never lands on your invoice. You deal directly with the people designing and building your store. And when a project involves fulfillment, we’d rather walk the warehouse and see the pick process than guess at it from a spreadsheet.

We also work with brands in Brampton, Toronto, and across Ontario. Have a look through our portfolio, or book a free discovery call and tell us what your operation actually needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you integrate our warehouse or 3PL with Shopify?

Yes, and it's a standard part of our Mississauga projects. If your 3PL or WMS has an off-the-shelf Shopify connector, we configure and test it properly. If it only has an API, we build the connection ourselves on Gadget.dev. Either way, orders flow down, inventory flows back, and nobody re-keys data.

We're a wholesale distributor. Can Shopify really handle B2B ordering?

It can now. Shopify's B2B features cover company accounts, customer-specific price lists, payment terms, and repeat ordering. Some setups need Plus and some don't. We'll tell you which side of that line your requirements fall on before you spend anything.

Are you located in Mississauga?

We're in Fergus, Ontario, about an hour west. Kickoffs and major milestones happen in person at your office, and the rest runs remotely. Given how much of our Mississauga work involves warehouses, we like seeing the operation firsthand anyway.

We're on Magento and it's painful. What does a migration involve?

An audit of your catalog and data first, then a parallel build on Shopify while your current store keeps trading. We migrate the full catalog with customer accounts and order history, map every URL to a redirect so search traffic survives, and cut over when everything reconciles.

How long does a build take?

Theme-based projects usually run a few weeks. Custom builds and migrations with integrations typically run two to four months depending on how many systems we're connecting. You'll get a real timeline, not an optimistic one, after the discovery call.
