Klaviyo Email Marketing & Retention
Klaviyo flows and campaigns for Shopify brands, built by a Shopify-focused team. Abandoned cart, welcome, and win-back automations tied to revenue, not open rates.

Most Shopify stores leave money in Klaviyo that they never collect. Not because email is hard, but because the flows that quietly recover revenue, abandoned cart, welcome, and win-back, are either missing, half-built, or never wired to the store properly. We fix that, as a Shopify-focused team that also happens to live in Klaviyo every week.
We have built exclusively on Shopify for 14+ years, with ex-Shopify engineers on the team and three of our own apps in the App Store. That matters for email more than it sounds: a retention program is only as good as the store data feeding it, and we can open the theme, fix the events, and connect Klaviyo to what your store actually does, instead of working around it.
Stores We Keep Converting
Email only recovers revenue on a store that converts, so the proof here is the store work. Real clients, named where they allow it.

The original build's code was messy and led to poor functionality and design. We rebuilt the store quickly, with attention to both the budget and the team's time.

Book a Retention Audit
Tell us what's live in Klaviyo today, roughly how many subscribers you have, and what share of revenue email drives. We'll audit the flows and come back with what's recoverable and a fixed quote.
The Flows That Actually Recover Revenue
For most Shopify stores, the majority of email revenue comes from a small set of automations that run on their own. We build these first, because they pay for the engagement before campaigns ever do:
- Welcome series. The highest-intent moment a subscriber will ever have. We turn the signup into a sequence that introduces the brand and earns the first or second order.
- Abandoned cart and checkout recovery. The single most valuable flow on most stores. We set up the Klaviyo abandoned cart flow properly, including timing and segmentation, down to the technical events that make it fire reliably.
- Browse abandonment. Catches the shopper who looked but never added to cart, a group most stores ignore entirely.
- Post-purchase and win-back. Turns a first order into a second, then re-engages customers before they lapse for good.
Why a Shopify Specialist Beats an Email-Only Agency
An email-only agency treats your store as a black box it sends data to. When a flow misfires because of a tracking gap, a custom property that was never set, or a server-side event that needs wiring, they file a ticket and wait. We open the code and fix it.
That is the difference between an email retainer that produces nice-looking campaigns and one that produces revenue you can trace back to specific flows.
How Email Connects to the Rest of Your Store
Retention does not live alone. A fast, well-built store converts the traffic email sends it, instead of leaking it at checkout. Good Shopify SEO fills the top of the funnel that your welcome series then captures. And if you are rethinking the whole growth picture, an ecommerce consultant or a fractional CTO engagement puts retention in context with everything else.

FAQs
What does a Klaviyo email marketing agency do?
We set up and run the automated flows and campaigns that drive repeat revenue on Shopify: welcome series, abandoned cart and checkout recovery, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back. We also handle segmentation and deliverability, plus the monthly campaign calendar. Because we build Shopify stores ourselves, we can wire Klaviyo to your actual store data and fix the technical pieces, like server-side events or custom properties, that a content-only email agency has to leave alone.
Are you a Klaviyo expert or a Klaviyo partner?
We work in Klaviyo every week for Shopify clients, so the practical answer is yes, we are Klaviyo experts in the way that matters: we know which flows recover the most revenue and how to set them up without burning your list. The deeper advantage is that we know Shopify from the inside after 14+ years, so the email program connects properly to the store rather than sitting beside it.
How much of my revenue should come from email?
For a healthy Shopify store with a real retention program, email and SMS often drive 25 to 40 percent of total revenue, much of it from a handful of automated flows that run without you touching them. If you are well below that, the flows are usually the gap, not the campaigns. That is the first thing we check.
Do you only do Klaviyo, or other platforms too?
Klaviyo is our default for Shopify because the integration is the deepest and the segmentation is the strongest, but the strategy matters more than the logo. If you are on Shopify Email, Omnisend, or Mailchimp, we will tell you honestly whether it is worth migrating to Klaviyo or whether your current tool is fine for where you are.
How much does Klaviyo management cost?
A one-time flow build and audit is scoped as a project. Ongoing management runs as a monthly retainer sized to your sending volume and campaign cadence. We will tell you on a call whether you need ongoing work or just a solid setup your team can run, rather than defaulting to the option that bills the most.
Will more emails hurt my deliverability?
It can, if you email everyone constantly, which is exactly why segmentation matters. We send more to engaged subscribers and less to the rest, keep the list clean, and watch your sending reputation. Done properly, a higher-revenue email program usually means smarter sending, not just more of it.
